Note: Lodge sleeps eight. Fully furnished. There is a $100 security deposit required. The deposit will be returned upon successful inspection of the premises. There will be a $10/per night charge for each person over eight. Management must approve occupancy over twelve. Linens are supplied for eight people. Guests need to bring linens for numbers over eight. Lodge linens cannot be used for the pool. Please bring towels for the pool. Pets are not allowed in lodge.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave & sink. It is NOT equipped with any other dishes, pans, flatware, utensils or linens. Picnic tables are available for seating or can be removed if you prefer to bring your own chairs and/or tables.
NOTE: Swimming and golf must be paid for separately. If you are lodging with us, swimming is included.
If you are not lodging, swimming is $3/person; mini-golf is $1/hour or $3/day--per person.
Sales Tax:
All costs are subject to Iowa sales tax 7%
Minimum Stays:
Non-holiday weekends require a two-night minimum for lodge and both cabins.
Holiday weekends require a three-night minimum for camping, lodge and both cabins.
Special-event weekends require a two-night minimum for camping lodge and both cabins.
Reservation Policy:
Reservations made in advance must be paid in full within 7 days of making the reservation or will be cancelled without notice. We accept checks and all major credit cards. If your reservations is within 7 days of your stay, we require a credit card guarantee. All advance payments are processed in full at the time of receipt.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations for camping must be received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date and are subject to a $10.00 per-campsite cancellation fee. Lodge and cabin cancellations require a 14-day notice and are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations received without the required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In addition, camping is an outdoor experience and as such, we do not give refunds due to weather conditions or for early departures. There are NO exceptions.
