**Note: Resort sleeps eight. There is a $100 security deposit required. There will be a $l0/per night charge for each person over eight. Management must approve occupancy over twelve. Linens are supplied for eight people. Guests need to bring linens for numbers over eight.
Reservation Policy:
Reservations made in advance must be paid in full within 7 days of making the
reservation or will be cancelled without notice. We accept checks and all major
credit cards. If your reservation is within 7 days of your stay, we require a
credit card guarantee. All advance payments are processed in full at the time of
receipt.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to your arrival date and
are subject to a $10.00 per campsite cancellation fee. Lodge and cabin cancellations require a 14 day notice and are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations received
without the required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. In
addition, camping is an outdoor experience and as such, we do not give refunds
due to weather conditions or for early departures. There are NO exceptions.
Minimum Stays:
Weekends require a 2-night minimum.
Holidays require a 3-night minimum
